The MAC-597IF-E is the next-generation Wi-Fi interface from Mitsubishi Electric, supporting IEEE 802.11b/g/n at 2.4 GHz and WPA2-PSK (AES) encryption. It uniquely features Bluetooth for initial device setup, removing the need for Access Point pairing and simplifying the registration process in the MELCloud Home app. This interface requires continuous internet access, supports DHCP and IPv4 only, and must be used with visible SSIDs.

Note that web browser registration is not supported. Setup must be completed via the MELCloud Home mobile app. It is ideal for installations seeking modern commissioning and enhanced ease of use .
